Malcolm Brown (born 1993) is an American football running back for the University of Texas at Austin. He attended Byron P. Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas. Brown earned a 2010 USA Today High School All-American nomination.
After running for 2,192 yards and 24 touchdowns in his junior year,[1] Brown rushed for 2,596 yards and 30 TDs, leading Steele to their first-ever Class 5A Division II state championship.[2] Regarded as a five-star recruit by Rivals.com, Brown is listed as the No. 1 running back prospect in the class of 2011.[3] Brown chose the University of Texas over Oklahoma, Florida State, Alabama, Notre Dame, and Stanford.
